Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and drop-off without signature.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
A tracking number will be provided to the buyer after the transaction has been processed and can be seen under "My Account" - My Orders.
Return & Exchanges
To make a return for product with defects you must request a RMA code before sending your package within 5 days of your purchase. A Credit Voucher will be given when the seller receives the package.
If the product is not what you like the return shipping will be at the cost of the buyer, and must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the package. A Credit Voucher for the item will be given after the product has been received in selling condition, including all tags.
There are no returns or exchanges on final sale items (Earrings, hosiery, shape wear, and deep discount items).
The one time Credit Voucher Code will be valid for 30 days after the purchase date. The Credit Voucher can be found under "My Account" - My Vouchers.
To request an RMA number or a Credit Voucher go to "My Account" - Order History and select the order reference regarding your exchange. Scroll down to "Add a Message" where you can select a Credit Voucher for a specific product and explain the reason for the exchange. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
